I have known the Klubnik Family for over twenty years. I worked with Donerae at the North Royalton location for seven years and was transferred to the Medina in 2009. I am a Certified Recreational Water Care Specialist. I test pool and hot tub water for our clients. I guide them so their pool and spa experience is enjoyable. I am the friendly face you normally see at our service counter. Our clients count on me to get any parts they need for their hot tubs and pools. Since I am also knowledgeable on fireplaces, hot tubs, and grills, I help out on the sales floor as needed. I am a people person and enjoy working with the public.
