I have been a part of The Place team for twenty-one years but have known the Klubnik family for forty years. Currently I manage the Service Department after being the main technician and delivery lead for eighteen years. I’m the guy who answers the phone and our clients appreciate talking to someone with “hands on” experience! I am a trained and certified hot tub technician and have been through Coast Spas’s international service program. Under my lead, The Place service department earned the award of “BEST SERVICE IN NORTH AMERICA” from Coast Spas. Teaching clients how to take care of their pool and hot tub water is a fun and rewarding part of my job. I am one of six Certified Recreational Water Care Specialists at The Place. We teach our clients simple routines resulting in consistent spectacular results with the least amount of effort. They are able to reduce overall maintenance costs and eliminate problems.
